Your sin was put on Christ. He bore your sin in His body. He bore my sin in His body on the cross. Our sins are gone. They've been cast into the sea of forgetfulness.

God chooses to remember them no more. He looks at us and he sees Christ. We are clothed in the righteousness of Christ.
